Vertical Plate Saws
1 – VM 3800 12 Ft Plate saw
Amada VM 3800 plate saw series allows us a wide range of cutting flexibility.
We can do it for those smaller 12 ft bars that need a customized width starting at ¼” thick to 26″ thick.
For larger blocks, we can cut or trim up to 26”(H) x 32” (D) x 149″ (L) on the 3800.

1 – AMADA VM 1200 PLATE SAW

The VM 1200 is almost limitless in its applications. It can cut large blocks as well as long plates with precision, accuracy, and speed. A deviation monitor allows the operator to be sure the saw is cutting precisely.

Pulse Cutting Saws
2 – PC 530 Horizontal pulse cutting saws
Single pulse cutting cancels the vibrations that occur during the penetration force. This technology decreases cutting resistance while increasing blade life and cutting rates. Increased blade life is now guaranteed without sacrificing productivity.

2 – PC 330 Horizontal pulse cutting saws
A fully automatic saw with the addition of pulse-cutting technology. Pulse motors act to counter the vibration created during the sawing operation allowing efficient cutting of tougher materials. The pulse saw, by eliminating vibration, also increases blade life minimizing cost per cut. The saw is accurate down to +/- .005 top to bottom as well as incrementally depending on the size of the material. The blade on the 330 is .035 thick minimizing kerf loss and maximizing yield, especially important on more expensive materials.
